And the bells are ringing out for Christmas day...

And the bells are ringing out for Christmas day...

So Christmas is over again! And I'd have to say this has been my favourite christmas in a long time! My first christmas as a married woman!
My Christmas feels like it had been a week long affair! I'd say the real start was christmas eve, christmas with friends that feel like family is such a beautiful thing! We did so much yummy cooking! as you can see! My favourite was Strawberry and Macadamia Brittle, after 3 goes we got the toffee right! mmmm so tasty!

We started christmas day at home together where I had some amazing POP TARTS for breakfast! Poptarts are amazing and they are a rarity around here because to buy them they are $5 for 2! Lucky old me won some in a secret Santa on Christmas Eve!

We then headed to my family home in Dalwood, were the majority of my mums side of the family gathered, its been so long since we"ve all been together for christmas so it was a huge blessing! And my Grandmas pudding is amazing! I love when she pours brandy all over it and lights it on fire! So fun to watch!

Then after lunch we headed to Dungog to Andrews family were we opened presents then before dnner went for a bike ride down the empty main street then down the river, it was great!  Andrews dad lives above a shop in the main street of Dungog and his place is beautiful, we ate on the verandah with a beautiful view!

I love a hectic dinner hands flying every where to get the food its so much fun! We had an amazing dinner, hot christmas dinner.....YUMMY!

I hope you had an amazing christmas with your family as well! And dont forget the reason for the season! JESUS!  Christmas would be nothing without his amazing love!

Love

Please note my love of polaroids, so this will be an on going theme!
